Back in 2011, I owned a second home in Goodyear.  The market was still awful, but I needed to sell anyways.  I listed the home with Kat and she did an awesome job for me.  She held numerous open houses, and the home was sold at close to asking price in less than two months.  Then in 2012, my wife and I moved to the valley full time.  Kat helped us buy our home in East Mesa.  We bought the spec-home brand new from the builder.  Kat was able to secure a number of concessions for us:  we got almost $100,000 off the price, we got them to throw-in blinds for all the windows, we got them to turn a study into a bedroom, and they added a door from the master bedroom to the master bathroom.  The next time we are in the need of a realtor, Kat will be my first call.

Kat was a fantastic, attentive and punctual realtor. She knew what I desired in a home and was patient with me as we viewed home after home. Through the house hunting process she made it easy for me to recognize what truly mattered to me – the neighborhood. She was a true representative for me when I put in offers and when I found my dream home, she wanted to make sure it was exactly everything I wanted. I loved that she always had my best interests at heart and am so glad she was along for such an important decision. Kat made it fun and helped me find my happy.
